Indonesian rice production based on FAO data in 2020 reached 54.65 million tons. This data makes Indonesia ranked 3rd in the world's largest rice producing country. Paddy/rice is not just a food product, but also a strategic product that has high political, economic and social sensitivity. The purpose of this study was to analyze business profits, financial feasibility, and sensitivity of the rice mill business in Kotaagung Timur District, Tanggamus Regency. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, namely the sample selected for this study, there were 3 (three) rice milling businesses in Kotaaagung Timur District. The results of this study revealed that the average profit of the rice mill business in Kotaagung Timur District was IDR 4,530,524,000.00/5 years or IDR 906,104,800.00/year. The results of the financial feasibility analysis of the rice milling business in East Kotaagung District are feasible. The sensitivity analysis carried out by applying the scenario if the price of raw materials (grain and diesel fuel) increases shows that the Pancuran Mas rice milling business is still feasible.
