Author Guidelines

Author should first register as Author and/or is offered as Reviewer through the following address: manuscript template link

Author should fulfil the form as detail as possible where the star marked form must be entered. After all form textbox was filled, Author clicks on “Register” button to proceed the registration. Therefore, Author is brought to online author submission interface where Author should click on “New Submission”. In the Start a New Submission section, click on “’Click Here’: to go to step one of the five-step submission process”. The following are five steps in online submission process:

  1. Step 1 - Starting the Submission: Select the appropriate section of journal, i.e. Original Research Articles or Review Article. Thus, author must check-mark on the submission checklists.
  2. Step 2 – Uploading the Submission: To upload a manuscript to this journal, click Browse on the Upload submission file item and choose the manuscript document file to be submitted, then click Upload button. 
  3. Step 3 – Entering Submission’s Metadata: In this step, detail authors metadata should be entered including marked corresponding author. After that, manuscript title and abstract must be uploaded by copying the text and paste in the textbox including keywords.
  4. Step 4 – Uploading Supplementary Files: if there any supplementary file (dataset, copyright form) and then click on Upload button.
  5. Step 5 – Confirming the Submission:  Author should final check the uploaded manuscript documents in this step. To submit the manuscript to Routers journal, click Finish Submission button after the documents is true. The corresponding author or the principal contact will receive an acknowledgement by email and will be able to view the submission’s progress through the editorial process by logging in to the journal web address site. 
  6. It is mandatory to present your final paper according to "IMRADC style" format, i.e.:
         1. INTRODUCTION (I)
         2. The Proposed Method/Algorithm/Procedure specifically designed (optional)
         3. METHOD (M)
         4. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION (RAD)
         5. CONCLUSION (C)
  7. Please also pay an attention to double check your final camera ready paper:

    (1) Introduction section: explain the context of the study and state the precise objective. Introduction section should be presented in 3-6 paragraphs. An Introduction should cover the following three (3) parts:
    - Background: Authors have to make clear what the context is. Ideally, authors should give an idea of the state-of-the art of the field the report is about.
    - The Problem: If there was no problem, there would be no reason for writing a manuscript, and definitely no reason for reading it. So, please tell readers why they should proceed reading. Experience shows that for this part a few lines are often sufficient.
    - The Proposed Solution: Now and only now! - authors may outline the contribution of the manuscript. Here authors have to make sure readers point out what are the novel aspects of authors' work. Authors should place the paper in proper context by citing relevant papers. At least 10 references (recent journal articles) are referenced to support this section.

    (2) Conclusion section: Summarize sentences the primary outcomes of the study in a paragraph. Are the claims in this section supported by the results, do they seem reasonable? Have the authors indicated how the results relate to expectations and to earlier research? Does the article support or contradict previous theories? Does the conclusion explain how the research has moved the body of scientific knowledge forward?

    (3) About Figures & Tables in your manuscript:
    - Because tables and figures supplement the text, all tables and figures should be REFERRED in the text. Authors MUST EXPLAIN what the reader should look for when using the table or figure. Focus only on the important points the reader should draw from them, and leave the details for the reader to examine on her own.
    - Tables are to be presented with a single horizontal line under: the table caption, the column headings and at the end of the table. All tables are produced by creating tables in MS Word. Captured tables are NOT allowed.
    - All figures MUST be presented in high quality images

After this submission, Authors who submit the manuscript will get a confirmation email about the submission. Therefore, Authors are able to track their submission status at any time by logging in to the online submission interface. The submission tracking includes the status of manuscript review and editorial process.
