Ethics of Scientific Publications Journal of Applied Agricultural Research

The Journal of Applied Agricultural Research (eISSN 2047-1781 / pISSN 1410-5020) is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes scientific articles from agricultural disciplines covering the fields of agriculture, livestock, and fisheries. Articles published in the journal Applied Agriculture include original scientific research results (original), and scientific articles (reviews). The Journal of Applied Agricultural Research is published by the Lampung State Polytechnic Research and Community Service Unit for 3 periods in one year. Editors receive manuscripts from academics, researchers, final year students (S1) and agro-industry practitioners. The editorial of the Council of Applied Agriculture Journals states that online media is a publication of scientific articles and specifically on the results of original scientific research and reviewing the field of agricultural science.

This scientific code of ethics statement is a statement of the code of ethics of all parties involved in the publication process of this scientific journal, namely managers, editors, bestari partners, and authors (authors). The Code of Ethics for Scientific Publications in essence upholds three ethical values ​​in publication, namely (i) Neutrality, which is free from conflicts of interest in publication management; (ii) Justice, namely giving authorship rights to those who are entitled as authors; and (iii) Honesty, which is free from duplication, fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism in publications.

 

Issuer Responsibilities

The publisher of the Applied Agricultural Research Journal is responsible for publishing the manuscript, after going through the process of editing, reviewing, and layout according to the rules of publishing a Scientific Journal.
The publisher of the Applied Agricultural Research Journal is responsible for guaranteeing academic freedom for editors and Mitrabestari in carrying out their respective duties.
Publishers of the Journal of Applied Agricultural Research are responsible for maintaining privacy and protecting intellectual property and copyright, and editorial freedom.


Editor's Responsibilities

The editor of the Applied Agricultural Research Journal is responsible for deciding which manuscripts are suitable for publication through editorial board meetings that refer to applicable legal requirements regarding defamation, copyright infringement, duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism.
In the process of reviewing and receiving the manuscript, the editorial team is based on the principle of equal treatment in making decisions to publish the manuscript without distinguishing the author's race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality or political ideology.
The editor and the editorial team will not disclose any information about the submitted manuscripts or manuscripts except with the author's permission.
Manuscripts that are not published will not be returned directly to the author ..

Mitrabestari is responsible for the recommendations of the manuscripts he reviews.
The manuscript review is carried out objectively, and is supported by clear arguments.
Mitrabestari is responsible for quotations, references, duplications, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism of the texts he studies.
Mitrabestari must always maintain the confidentiality of information and not use the information from the manuscripts she reviews for personal gain / interest.

Author's Responsibilities

Authors must present the text of their thoughts or research in a clear, honest, and without duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism.
The author is responsible for the submitted confirmation of the written manuscript.
Authors must indicate references to the opinions and work of others cited
Authors must write texts ethically, honestly and responsibly, in accordance with applicable scientific writing regulations.


The author has no objection if the manuscript undergoes editing without changing the substance or main idea of ​​the writing.
