Pengaruh Strategi Inovasi Startup (Futuristik, Ramah Lingkungan, Dan Keunggulan Kualitas) Fore Coffee Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen

ABSTRACT The research objective was to analyze the influence of a startup innovation strategy in the form of a futuristic concept of digital services, environmental friendliness, and the quality advantages offered on customer satisfaction. In this study there are 4 variables and 15 indicators (3 independent variables and 1 dependent variable), then the minimum sample size is 15 x 6 = 90 samples. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis method and component-based SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method using Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the Futuristic Concept plays a significant role in influencing consumer satisfaction of Fore coffee. Quality excellence has the most significant effect on consumer satisfaction Fore coffee. Environmentally friendly factors do not significantly influence customer satisfaction Fore coffee.
