Abstrak

The animal feed industry not only contributes positively to economic development, but also causes environmental problems in the form of water pollution due to the liquid waste it produces. PT XYZ is one of the animal feed industries in Lampung Province whose production activities generate liquid waste that has the potential to cause environmental pollution, thus requiring proper management in accordance with established quality standards. This study aims to analyse the level of importance and performance of PT XYZ's animal feed industry liquid waste management in relation to the risk of environmental pollution, as well as to identify the factors that cause the company's non-compliance with Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management, Article 130 paragraph (1), (2), and (3), and to determine the factors causing the company's non-compliance with Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management, Article 130 paragraphs (1), (2), and (3). The research method used is descriptive with an Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approach and SWOT analysis. The research data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability to 100 respondents who were members of the community in the industrial area. The IPA analysis results showed that environmental impacts were divided into four priority quadrants, with river water pollution included in the main priority quadrant, thus requiring immediate action. Meanwhile, the SWOT analysis results revealed inconsistencies in liquid waste management.
