fund in unpredictable circumstances. The purpose of this Final Project is to increase insight and add
knowledge in the field of education, to determine the effect of age differences on the quality of fresh
semen of Saanen goats based on volume, color, consistency, pH, motility, mass movement,
concentration at the Lembang Artificial Insemination Center, West Java. Based on the results of the
study, it showed that the difference in age of livestock did not differ (P ≤ 0.05) on the quality of fresh
semen of Saanen goats. The average volume of Saanen goats aged 5 years was 1.81 ± 0.09 mL and
6 years was 2.34 ± 0.62 mL. The average color of Saanen goats aged 5 and 6 years was milky white.
