ANALISIS SISTEM MANAJEMEN PEMELIHARAAN BROILER PADA KANDANG CLOSE HOUSE DI PT. STS FARM BANJAR NEGERI LAMPUNG SELATAN

Abstract

Broiler chicken is one of the sources of animal food that produces meat and has advantages.
The advantages of broiler chicken include very fast growth with high body weight and relatively
short time. In the world of animal husbandry, especially broiler chicken farming, one of the factors
that supports successful maintenance is good and correct maintenance management. The purpose of
this Final Project is to analyze the Broiler maintenance management system with the Clouse House
system at PT Sinar Ternak Sejatera Farm Banjar Negeri, Natar District, South Lampung Regency.
The methods used in this study are observation, interviews and discussions, documentation. The
variables observed were planning, organizing, actuating, controlling and data analysis of the results
of observations obtained, namely the application of planning, organizing, actuating, controlling and
the results of data analysis such as FCR 1.411, average harvest weight
1.87 kg / head, Average harvest age 27.77, depletion 4.31, performance index 456.67
