Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) is a popular vegetable, but its productivity in Indonesia is still relatively low. One solution is the use of a combination of organic and inorganic fertilizers to support optimal plant growth. This study aims to determine the growth and yield of pakcoy. The study was conducted at the Horticultural Experimental Garden of the Lampung State Polytechnic in May–July 2025 using a single-factor Randomized Block Design (RBD) with five treatments and four replications. Observation parameters included plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight, dry weight, and tuber diameter. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and a 5% LSD test. The results showed that the P5 treatment (75% inorganic + 25% organic) provided growth results that were not significantly different compared to P1 (100% inorganic), both in terms of plant height, number of leaves, and tuber diameter. Several other parameters showed insignificant differences. This indicates that the use of fertilizer combinations, especially P5, can reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers without significantly reducing production yields. Thus, the P5 fertilizer combination is recommended as a more environmentally friendly and sustainable fertilizer alternative in bok choy cultivation.
