Journal of Halal Food Technology

Journal of Halal Food technology (JoHFT) is a peer reviewed national scientific journal that aims to publish original research articles, reviews and innovation in the field of Halal Food Technology which covers production, processing, quality assurance, food safety, and halal regulation and certification. This journal is published biannual by the Food Technology Department of the State Polytechnic of Lampung. The first edition of this journal was published in July 2026 and continues to the present.
