Pelatihan Diversifikasi Produk Olahan Kaya Gizi Pada Kelompok Budidaya Jamur Tiram Di Desa Sidosari Kecamatan Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan
Abstract
Community service was carried out in the target audience group of cultivating oyster mushrooms (Saung Jamur 99) in Sidosari Village, Natar District, South Lampung Regency with the aim of: (1) Improve knowledge and skills of Oyster Mushroom Cultivation Group in Sidosari District regarding the processing of nugget and shredded oyster mushroom which meets food safety standards, (2) Increasing the knowledge and skills of Oyster Mushroom Cultivation Group in Sidosari Village regarding the right and marketable process of packaging processed products, (3) Increase understanding of Oyster Mushroom Cultivation Group in Sidosari Village regarding the benefits of processed oyster mushroom products as a cheap, healthy and nutritious functional food. The methods used were lectures, discussions and demonstrations. Based on the overall training activities, both in the form of lectures/discussions and demonstrations of making nuggets and shredded oyster mushroom, it was concluded that the participants knowledge of training materials increased rapidly, from an average value of 21% before training (initial evaluation) to 98.3% after training (final evaluation). Increased knowledge of participants by 77.3% (belonging to the medium category).Downloads
