Penguatan Koperasi Susu dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kinerja Peternak Sapi Perah di Desa Bocek Kecamatan Karangploso Kabupaten Malang (Studi pada KUD Karangploso)

Abstrak

This reaserch aims to determine the efforts to strengthen dairy cooperatives to increase theperformance of dairy farmers in the Bocek village Karangploso District of Malang. Theresearch method is to survey the farmers who are members of KUD Karangploso some 100people. Data obtained through documentation and interviews with the list of questions. Theresults of the questionnaire will be analyzed descriptively. The results of this study indicatethat KUD has been working to improve the performance of farmers through training andcounseling activities for its members. Although not all farmers can follow the event.Constraints experienced by farmers is a shortage of venture capital, uneven trainees andcounseling, feed prices are expensive and less agricultural land.Key words : dairy cooperative, dairy cow, performance farmer, training and counseling
