Abstract

Peanut production in Bangka Belitung Island is still low. Constraints faced one low soilfertility. Solutions that can be implemented with appropriate fertilization for plant growth. This research was conducted at the experimental Petaling Gardens BPTP Bangka Belitung Island, from February to June 2007. The research is a factorial randomized block design (RAK factorial). Treatment of fertilizer P (SP-36) consists of 6 levels ie: P0 (control): 0 kg SP-36 / ha, P1: SP-36 100 kg / ha, P2: SP-36 125 kg / ha, P3: 150 SP-36 kg / ha, P4: SP-36 175 kg / ha, P5: SP-36 200 kg / ha, whereas a dose of lime (dolomite) consists of 4 levels, namely: D0 (control): 0 t/ha of lime, D1: 1 t/ha of lime, D2: 1.5 t/ha of lime, and D3: 2 t/ha of lime. Thus obtained 24 treatment combinations, each combination treatment was repeated three times. The results showed that the treatment dosages of 125 kg/ha SP-36 and 1.5 tons/ha of lime significantly affected all the observed variables. Fertilizer dose of 125 kg / ha SP-36 and 1.36 tons/ha of lime has the maximum growth and production as compared to other treatments. Dose of fertilizer and lime is recommended for the administration of an increase in the production of peanuts on dry land in Bangka Belitung Island.Keywords: Fertilizer, lime, peanuts, dry land
