Abstrak

Rice Cultivation of row planting “Legowo Super†is a breakthrough effort to make a production jump, as an answer to overcome the constraints and limitations to increase rice production. This assessment aims to: 1). know the farmers perception  of rice cultivation of row “legowo superâ€, 2). know the efficiency of its application, and 3). review its development prospects. This assessment had been done in Bangun Harjo village, Buay Madang Timur sub district, OKU Timur regency in November - Desember 2016. The sample were taken using disproportionate stratified random sampling method, with two strata: participant farmers and non participant row planting “Legowo Super†each of 20 people. The results show that non participants, more of the technological components they claim to be unintelligible, useless, difficult to apply, not even interested to adopt compared with participating farmers. This shows the influence of farmers' participation in their perception of row “legowo super†technology. Production of dry grain harvested by participating farmers and non participant were 7.700 kg/ha and 6.100kg/ha, respectively. The rice farming efficiency (R/C) of participant farmer was 2.13 meanwhile non participant was 2,19. MBCR was 3,62.Rice Cultivation of row planting “Legowo Super†is prospective,  indicated by the increasing number of adopters after row “Legowo Super†was applied. Key Words:  Paddy, “ legowo super†row planting, farmer perception,  prospect.
