Implementasi Program One Village One Product (OVOP) dalam Peningkatan Pendapatan UMKM Klaster Keripik Pisang di Kota Bandar Lampung

One Village One Product (OVOP) program is a policy to empower regional economic potential through micro small and medium enterprises (UMKM). SMEs banana chip clusters Bandar Lampung city faced the problem of the value of business income that stagnant / did not increase significantly with the production value. The purpose of this research is (1) to analyze the implementation of OVOP cluster program of banana chips in Bandar Lampung City, (2) to analyze the effect of OVOP program on business income of SMEs cluster banana chips in Bandar Lampung City, and (3) to know the factors that influence the profit business SMEs banana chips cluster in Bandar Lampung City. . The research was conducted in Kelurahan Gunung Terang, Kedaton Sub-district, Bandar Lampung City. The data collection method used is survey method, OVOP program data obtained from Dinas Perindustrian Lampung Province. Respondents in this activity is the perpetrator of SME banana chips who have run the OVOP program that is in the cluster of banana chips. Selection of respondents using the technique of sampling "simple random sampling". Quantitative descriptive research using analysis tools in the form of business income analysis and multiple linear regression analysis (OLS) using SPSS 16 software. The results obtained: (1) OVOP program implementation model applied to cluster banana chips in Bandar Lampung City is started from selection of OVOP centers, OVOP product selection, and OVOP product determination made by local government with central government through FKO, for UMKM which has been established as OVOP product will be given OVOP coaching and OVOP award in the form of promotion of domestic and foreign products. (2) the result of analysis of average business income of banana chips at cluster of UMKM in Bandar Lampung city obtained profit equal to Rp 20.798.833, - obtained from acceptance cell of Rp 51.620.000, - and baya total Rp 30.685.833, - . Analysis of R / C ratio obtained value of 1.682 which means, every business banana chips cost of Rp 1,000, - it will get the revenue of Rp 1.682, -. These results indicate that the banana chips business is feasible to run economically.
