Methods of data collection included observation, interviews, hands-on practice. The results of the observations showed that Karya Mandiri Farm's broiler chickens were well managed in terms of the location of the cages which were built on flat land and facing north and south. Closed cage construction using asbestos roof and tarpaulin attached to the walls and inside of the cage to stabilize the temperature inside the cage. The right size cage. The size of the cage (close house) at Karya Mandiri Farm has (height 4 m, length 88 m, width 8 m and area 704 m^2). The capacity of the cage owned by the cage (close house) at Karya Mandiri Farm is (20,000 head). Indo Prima Beef II <em>presented a pink to dark brown mass protruding from vagina, hanging to the back of the body after parturition. The cow diagnosed with uterine prolapse. Uterine prolapse is a change in the position of the uterus out through the vagina and hangs on the vulva. Minor surgery needed to reposition a pink to dark brown mass protruding from the vagina in a purse-string pattern but before the surgery performed, an epidural anesthetic lidocaine compositum injection is given at dose of 5mg/kg. Treatment using antibiotic injection of Penstrep-400 LA 1ml/10kg and vitamin injection of Biosan TP 20ml/cow at post-surgery was well tolerated. Telaga Rizky presented decreased appetite, yellowish white discharge in the eyes causing the eyes closed and blink, swelling in the eyes, reddish discoloration in conjunctiva accompanied by a cloudy color of the cornea. The goats diagnosed with pink eye disease. Pink eye or keratoconjunctivitis is a contagious bacterial disease of the eyes. Treatment using mixed lime and antibiotic of Dumocycline as topical medicine in the eyes twice a day also vitamin injection of Vitol-140 3ml/goats once along the treatment was well tolerated. With a clean stabel and environment, the health of livestock and workers is maintained. The purpose of the author of this final project is to explain the implementation of beef cattle pen sanitation at PT. Indo Prima Beef I, Terbanggi Besar District, Central Lampung. Some of the activities carried out include sanitation activities, cleaning cages cleaning places to dring and feed, cleaning equipment, cleaning cage floors, spraying disinfectants and cleaning workes. Direct activities observation starts from February 20- June 16 2023. Direct activities start at 06.00 until 16.00. Then based on the resultes and discussion it can be concluded that at PT. Indo Prima Beef I, Terbanggi Besar District, Central Lampung has carried out activities properly according to work procedures. Ulitization of phytobiotics as a substitute for antibiotics, one of which come from </em><em>basil</em> <em>leaf (Ocimum Sanctum L) extract<strong>. </strong>Jowo Super chicken is the result of crossbreeding between kampong chicken and layer. This research was performed to identify the </em><em>productivity of Joper chicken by utilizing the </em><em>phytobiotics of basil leaf extract and get the best dose of basil leaf ekstract to produce good productivity. Ninety DOCs of Joper</em> <em>chicken were </em><em>using litter cages and put in 9 units of cages with length of 120cm x width&nbsp; of 100 cm x height 80 cm for 7 weeks. The research design used </em><em>completely randomized design with 3 treatments i.e., P0 (0 ml/l), P1 (20 ml/l), P2 (40 ml/l). Each treatment was replicated 3 times. Data on productivivity were analyzed with analysis of variance. The result show that, dose of </em><em>basil leaf ekstract </em><em>up to 40 ml/l </em><em>in the drink</em><em>ing water</em> <em>h</em><em>as not </em><em>increased the palatability of ration.
