Abstrak

Perkembangan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dalam bidang akuakultur menawarkan potensi besar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas perikanan. Namun, adopsi teknologi ini sangat bergantung pada persepsi generasi muda, khususnya mahasiswa perikanan sebagai calon praktisi masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi generasi muda khususnya mahasiswa perikanan terhadap penerapan teknologi IoT dalam akuakultur menggunakan kerangka teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Survei dilakukan terhadap 478 mahasiswa Ilmu Perikanan, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert yang mencakup tiga konstruk: Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), dan Behavioral Intention (BI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata skor PU sebesar 4,003±0,541, PEOU sebesar 3,555±0,525, dan BI sebesar 3,749±0,549, yang mengindikasikan persepsi positif. Uji reliabilitas menunjukkan nilai Cronbach's alpha PU sebesar 0,874, PEOU sebesar 0,854, dan BI sebesar 0,880, yang menunjukkan konsistensi internal yang tinggi. Analisis korelasi menunjukkan hubungan positif signifikan antara PU–BI (r = 0,553), PEOU–BI (r = 0,592), dan PEOU–PU (r = 0,407). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa mahasiswa perikanan memiliki persepsi positif terhadap teknologi IoT dalam akuakultur dan niat yang kuat untuk menggunakannya dalam praktik perikanan di masa depan.
