Tingkat Keberdayaan Petani Milenial Penerima Hibah Program YESS

Regenerasi petani merupakan isu strategis dalam pembangunan pertanian berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Program Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Support Services (YESS) dirancang untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kewirausahaan pemuda di sektor pertanian. Penelitian ini menganalisis tingkat pemberdayaan petani milenial penerima hibah kompetitif YESS dengan pendekatan indeks multidimensi, meliputi manajemen bisnis, keterampilan komunikasi dan negosiasi, adopsi teknologi, motivasi, serta akses permodalan. Survei dilakukan terhadap 59 responden di Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur, dan Kalimantan Selatan, dengan analisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, korelasi Pearson, dan ANOVA satu arah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi memiliki skor rata-rata tertinggi (4,34), diikuti manajemen bisnis (4,29) dan keterampilan komunikasi (4,27), sedangkan akses permodalan memperoleh skor terendah (4,01; SD = 0,68). Korelasi Pearson mengindikasikan hubungan positif antar dimensi, terutama antara manajemen dan komunikasi (r = 0,81). Uji ANOVA menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan dalam skor IKPM berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan (F = 1,54; p = 0,2035). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa Program YESS berkontribusi positif terhadap pemberdayaan petani milenial, meskipun peningkatan akses pembiayaan, pendampingan berkelanjutan, dan ekosistem agribisnis inklusif tetap diperlukan untuk menjamin keberlanjutan kewirausahaan pertanian.
