Abstract

This study has analyzed the design of a mini solar power generation system (PLTS) with a capacity of 50 WP designed for control applications in broiler chicken coops. This system is designed with an on-grid method, where the electricity generated is used directly without energy storage. System testing was carried out with variations in time with the shape of the solar panel angle and measurements of voltage, current, and power on the LED lamp, buzzer, and blower loads. The results showed that the system design was able to operate these loads well. The average measurement value of the open circuit voltage in the solar power design with an angled position was 2.56 V for the lamp, 4.49 V for the bazzer and 3.35 V for the blower. The system output voltage is influenced by the angle of the solar panel and the intensity of sunlight that is precisely captured or hits the solar cell board.
