PELATIHAN ON GOING ASSESSMENT DAN INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN HIGHER ORDER THINKING SKILLS (HOTS) BAGI GURU SMA DI KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan Guru tingkatSMA se-Bandar Lampung terhadap penerapan On Going Assessment dan instrumen penilaianberbasis HOTS; (2) Meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru tingkat SMA se-BandarLampung dalam mengimplementasikan standar penilaian dalam Kurikulum 2013. Metode yangdigunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah diskusi, tanya jawab, workshop, dan pelatihan denganmenerapkan strategi kontekstual, yaitu mengaitkan teori dengan praktik yang disampaikan denganmetode praktik terbimbing. Khalayak sasaran kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah 35 orang guru yangtergabung dalam Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Fisika SMA se-Kota Bandar Lampung.Evaluasi keberhasilan pelatihan akan dilakukan pada: (1) Awal kegiatan, yaitu pre-test, untukmengetahui sejauh mana kemampuan peserta pelatihan tentang on going assessment; (2) Akhirkegiatan, yaitu post-test, berisikan pertanyaan yang sama dengan tes awal, untuk mengetahui tingkatkeberhasilan, sehingga dapat diterapkan oleh setiap peserta. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secaradeskriptif kuantitatif. Pelatihan on going assessment dan keterampilan berbasis Higher Order ThinkingSkills sebanyak 27 peserta memperoleh hasil rata-rata 77,14% mengalami kenaikan nilai dari pre-testke post-test. Sedangkan, sebanyak 3 peserta memperoleh hasil rata-rata 8,57% mengalamipenurunan nilai pre-test ke post-test, dan sebanyak 5 peserta yang memperoleh hasil rata-rata14,28% mengalami penilaian yang tetap dari pre-test ke post-test. Berdasarkan hasil perolehantersebut pelatihan ini berhasil dikarenakan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai on goingassessment dan keterampilan berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills. Adapun sebagian kecil yangmengalami penurunan ini dikarenakan perbedaan jenis soal, yang mana pre-test berbentuk uraiandan post-test berbentuk pilihan jamak beserta uraian.
