Abstrak

Housewives must play an active role in meeting household needs, because the head of thefamily, namely the husband does not have a job and some do not get a job. Housewives aremotivated to make their own business at home, such as selling light snacks such as cassavachips from their own garden. The business of housewives is done only to help meet theirdaily needs, without any consideration and planning for business development in the future.Household businesses that are targeted by household businesses are the production ofagricultural products. Development planning and production control aims to improve theunderstanding and capability of Ibu Hafsah's URT, which is to determine production targetsbased on estimated demand for the next period in accordance with the demand data for theprevious period. It also aims to determine the need for production raw materials based onpredetermined production targets. The development of production demand steps takes theproduction forecasting method, namely the linear regression method. Meanwhile, fosteringthe determination of raw material requirements based on product composition. Based on theresults of these development activities, it can be seen that the importance of productionplanning and control in order to determine production targets based on estimated demandfor the next period in accordance with the demand data for the previous period.
