Respon Peserta Terhadap Penyelenggaraan Pelatihan Teknologi Di Taman Sains Pertanian Natar

Technology becomes a necessity to face the challenges of agricultural development now and in the future. Appropriate location-specific technology which is the result of research and studies of the Lampung Institute for Agricultural Technology Studies has not been fully adopted by users of the main actors and business actors in the agricultural sector. Therefore it is necessary to conduct technology training by involving extension agents, researchers with stakeholders in order to increase the quantity, quality, and effectiveness of interactions between extension agents / AIAT researchers with stakeholders, so that it will accelerate the spread of technology from research and assessment to technology users. The purpose of this study was to find out the participants' responses to the implementation of technology training, participants' responses to the mastery of the material and how the resource persons were presented, and the participants' responses to the interaction of the speakers with participants and the use of tools. The technology training was held on July 25, 2018, in the Natar Agricultural Science Park, with 80 respondents as the majority of extension workers. Primary data was obtained through structured interviews through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and response assessment using a Likert scale. Participants' responses to the implementation of technology training had a good response of 67.75%, participants' responses to the mastery of informant material belonged to the good category with an average score of 75,43.%, participants' responses to how the resource persons were presented were also in good categories with the average score achievement is 70,28%, the participant's response to the interaction of the participants with participants is categorized as good with an average score of 80,57%, and the participant's response to the use of a tool has a good category with average achievement 80,71%.
