Pemberian IBA, NAA dan Kombinasinya Terhadap Pengakaran Setek Jambu Jamaika (Syzygium malaccense)

Abstrak

The research was conducted to study the effect of IBA, NAA, and combination of both on rooting of malay apple cutting. Nine treatment (0 ppm, IBA 500 ppm, NAA 500 ppm, IBA 1000 ppm, NAA 1000 ppm, IBA 2000 ppm, NAA 2000 ppm, IBA 250 ppm + NAA 250 ppm, IBA 500 ppm + NAA 500 ppm, dan IBA 1000 ppm + NAA 1000 ppm) was used in randomized block design  with 3 replication. Data were subjected to ANOVA, and if there any significant different among treatment was followed by mean separation using LSD 0,05. The results revealed that the treatment of IBA, NAA, and its combination did not show differences in shoot number, shoot length, number of leaves, and percentage of shoot. However, combination of  IBA 1000 ppm + NAA 1000 ppm and NAA 2000 ppm gave the best result on root number and root length. Keywords : IBA, malay apple, NAA, Setek
