Abstrak

Rejo Agung Village is a village located in the irrigation flow Way Sekampung average citizens seeking enlargement of catfish. Problems that often happens is harvest catfish that weighs on a scale of consumption (over size) has not been sought into products that have added value; and women farmers Rejo village Supreme mostly just a housewife who does not have many productive activities so that the necessary empowerment of women farmers to be more productive by utilizing local resources (catfish) be shredded fish. This study is to determine the revenue to be obtained by groups of women farmers who cultivate catfish be shredded fish. Respondents determination is done deliberately in the farmer groups and one of the members on the basis that the leadership of the chairman of the group of women farmers and one of the members who will produce research that can provide information that will be implemented. Data were collected by direct interview with the group leader andtwo (2) members of the group. The tools used in this research is descriptive analysis and revenue analysis. The analysis showed that the income of shredded catfish processing in the process four times during the month amounted to Rp 2,235,417Key word: shredded catfish, income, women farmers
